All Sunday Monte Carlo

The classic card game is now available for Game Boy! Try to remove as many pairs of cards from the tableau grid. Play the original version of Monte Carlo or change the game rules to customize play. For beginners and solitaire veterans alike!

This game ROM is fully compatible with the Game Boy, Game Boy Color (with added color), Super Game Boy, and Game Boy Advance line of consoles, along with your emulator of choice. Of course you can always play it in the browser!

How to Play

• A pair of cards consists of two adjacent cards (horizontally, vertically, or diagonally) that have the same rank, regardless of suit.
• After one or more pairs are removed, gaps will form on the tableau. The tableau can be consolidated and remaining gaps filled in with cards from the stock.
• The game is over when no more pairs can be removed.

Optional Rules

You can customize gameplay to make it easier or more challenging. You can set rules on the "Game Rules" screen from the main menu.

• Thirteens — ability to remove single kings or pairs whose values add up to 13.
• Match suit — ability to remove card pairs with the same suit, regardless of rank.
• Same row or column — card pairs can be in the same row or column and do not have to be adjacent (turns off diagonal matching).

For the game variant Aces Square, turn on both "match suit" and "same row or column".
